I currently live in Toronto and divide my time between Toronto, London and our cottage at Sauble Beach. I have been painting for 20 plus years and teaching classes and workshops since 2001. I am passionate about painting, teaching, writing, coaching and spending time with my family. [Not always in that order.]
I began painting in the early 90’s and in 1993, after moving to London, I took classes and workshops from many talented regional, national and international artists in order to learn and develop my own style of painting.
A few years ago when I moved back to Toronto, I had a chance to try something new and my love of both art and teaching led me to life coaching and writing. I started my coaching practice in 2009 assisting and supporting artists to take their art to a new level. More recently I have started a blog for artists called “the Art of being Artists”.
I currently teach both watercolour and acrylic classes and workshops. My newest classes, The “Art, Body and Soul” Workshop Series, combine both painting and coaching techniques. My hope is to inspire others to be passionate and excited about painting and expressing their own creative nature.
